You are responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, privacy, advertising, telemarketing, anti-harassment, and industry-specific requirements that apply to your recipients and locations.

Do not send spam, malware, phishing, deceptive offers, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment, or content that exploits children. Do not evade suppression lists or provider limits.

Do not obtain data through unlawful scraping, compromised accounts, prohibited data brokers, or methods that violate a source’s terms. Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security and usage controls.

Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, health data, or other highly sensitive information unless a written agreement expressly authorizes that processing.

We may investigate suspected abuse, restrict sending, preserve evidence, cooperate with providers or authorities, suspend access, or terminate a workspace. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action without refund.
