Terms of Service

Revsales AI provides tools for prospect management, research, qualification, AI-assisted drafting, human-approved email outreach, follow-ups, reply handling, analytics, and appointment scheduling. AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

The service does not promise sales results, lead accuracy, email delivery, replies, appointments, or revenue. Features may depend on third-party services and customer configuration.

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Each workspace is intended for one authorized user unless a written agreement states otherwise.

You are responsible for your prospect sources, messages, offers, recipients, approvals, and compliance with applicable laws and provider terms. You may not use the service for unlawful scraping, deception, harassment, discrimination, spam, or communications without required consent.

The free evaluation is usage-limited, requires no payment card, and may be modified or discontinued. It is not promised for a fixed duration. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges, applicable taxes, and disclosed fees. Plan limits apply per billing period. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe-hosted billing portal.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Revsales AI permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to supply and process that data.

The service may connect with Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Hunter, Resend, Stripe, and Google. Their availability and terms also affect the connected features.

The service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Revsales AI or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations.

We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, nonpayment, abusive activity, legal requirements, or material violations. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Certain billing, security, and legal records may be retained where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revsales AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed fees paid by you during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will defend and indemnify Revsales AI against third-party claims arising from your data, campaigns, messages, unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
